You can really taste the minerals in this yancha. It smells lightly floral and the charcoal flavor really comes thru in the aftertaste. It lingers a bit and is quite pleasant. Leaves your mouth full of saliva and yearning for another sip!

I've not been touched by the flavors of hong cha until I we graced with this offering. The flavors are so delicate and floral. It tastes like orchid or leeche to me. No dry mouth feel and the sweetness lingers on the back of your throat for sometime after your sip is finished. I'll be ordering more of this tea, absolutely!

As the title suggests, This is, hands down, the smokiest tea I've ever had. It tastes just like a smokehouse. If you like smoky flavors, you'll love this tea! If you don't really enjoy smokey flavors, I would recommend a different offering. It has a wonderful mouthfeel and doesn't leave your mouth dry at all. The flavors linger when you complete your sip. Lovely tea!

This was a real treat! I'm sad only because I didn't buy a larger quantity. This tea is gently fruity with a long lasting, sweet, after taste. No dry mouth what so ever. After the final infusion, you'll be debating another brew. Awesome tea. Tong Xin Teahouse really knows how to pick 'em!

I am partial to Rou Gui tea most of the time, but with this set, the Shui Xian really stood out with its bold clove scent. Highly recommended all around.
