Its core Zhengyan production area has a unique Danxia landform, and the microclimate, soil, and vegetation of different small production areas have produced a rich variety of Zhengyan tea, which is praised by the world for its rock-like and floral fragrance. There are many varieties of rock tea, and the most popular ones are Narcissus, Cinnamon, and Dahongpao.

Old friends of Tongxinshe Teahouse should all know that every year during the rock tea season, we will launch a rock tea collection. This not only saves tea lovers the time cost of selecting varieties and flavors, but also allows them to drink a collection of rock teas from different mountain fields. It has been well received by rock tea players since its launch. Today, the Wuyi Rock Tea Collection we bring to you is our teahouse's high-end series, produced by Mr. Wang Guoxing, one of the first batch of Chinese intangible cultural heritage inheritors, "Wuyi Rock Tea – special selection of prime terroir tea"

Jin Jiao Yi :Jinjiaoyi Mountain is located in the core production area of Wuyi rock tea. It grows on the rock wall of Niulankeng. The soil is formed by the weathering of the rock cliff. It has a high content of mineral elements, more gravel, thick and loose soil layer, and good soil permeability, so that the tea trees on this rock wall grow strong. The king quality of tea trees is maximized due to its geographical location and sunshine. It has a strong rock charm and can well express the "fragrant, sharp, sweet and lively" feeling of a cup of tea soup. The growth of cinnamon tea trees here has stimulated excellent innate advantages. The sunshine conditions on the rock wall make the soup feel more spicy, sharp, mellow and strong. It shows the unique king charm of the mountain.

Hui Yuan Keng :In the core tea area represented by "three pits and two streams", "Hui Yuan Keng" occupies a very important position and is the core of the core of the genuine rock tea. Its mountain area is the largest, the most open, and the environment is the most superior. It is surrounded by strange peaks, high cliffs, and ravines, forming a natural barrier, which surrounds "Huiyuankeng" into a unique basin with a unique growth environment and micro-climate. "Huiyuankeng" is foggy all year round, warm and humid, with sunny cliffs and shady forests, short sunshine, early spring, short summer, long autumn, warm winter and cool summer. The fertile land and abundant water resources make the growth of tea trees in the pit recover well in autumn and winter, and the tea growing period is long and the internal quality is rich. Therefore, many high-quality traditional rock tea "famous clusters" preserved for thousands of years in Wuyi Mountain come from "Huiyuankeng".

Cao Xie Xian: A niche mountain field that is completely unpopular in a core mountain field. It lacks the opportunity to be known by the world because of its scarce production and only owned by a few households. Its geographical location is extremely mysterious. It is sandwiched between the mountain gaps of Jinjiaoyi and Dugeyan, at the junction of Dakengkou and Niulankeng, and is separated from Niulankeng by only one peak. The mountain here is deep and the terrain is uneven. The tea trees are shaded by the surrounding pine forests, and the sunlight is scattered from the shadows of the trees, making the tea trees grow luxuriantly and maintain their tenderness. The particularity of the mountain makes the expression of Caoxiexian tea the most layered.

Matouyan: Matouyan is located in the core area of Zhengyan, south of the Jiulongke Dahongpao Scenic Area. From a distance, it looks like five galloping horses, hence the name, also known as "Five Horses Running Trough". Looking down, the scenery is magnificent. The soil contains more weathered gravel, the soil layer is thick and loose, the air permeability is good, and it is conducive to drainage. Its terrain is sparse and wide, the sunshine is moderate in summer, the cold wind is blocked in winter, and the vegetation is rich, which is conducive to the accumulation of aromatic substances such as phenol and ammonia in cinnamon trees. The tea cinnamon is sharp and domineering, and it is mellow and sweet.

Niu Lan Keng: Niu Lan Keng, like the core Wuyi rock tea fields such as "Three Pitfalls and Two Streams", is located north of Jiuqu River. Niu Lan Keng is located between Zhangtang Stream and the famous Jiulongke, which gave birth to the "mother tree Da Hong Pao". It is a valley less than 2 kilometers long and running east-west. Although Niu Lan Keng has a short sunshine time, it is relatively sufficient, which provides good conditions for tea trees, especially high-fragrance varieties such as cinnamon, to synthesize aromatic substances; the streams in the valley flow continuously, and the water in the rock gaps on both sides of the cliffs seeps out all year round, providing sufficient water for the growth of tea trees; Niu Lan Keng soil is sandstone formed by the thermal expansion and contraction of mountain rocks and erosion and weathering of running water for thousands of years. It is rich in minerals, with a soil porosity of about 50% and moderate permeability, which creates the unique "rock bone" of Niu Lan Keng tea. The solid, full, bone-strong, mineral-feeling "rock rhyme" is the soul of rock tea.

These 6 rock teas are all unique, some are overbearing and spicy, some are thick and tender, and some are even unconventional, interpreting a different "new taste". Let all tea lovers enjoy the feast of rock tea from different mountain fields, different processes, and different varieties at one time, which not only satisfies the "desire for the tongue", but is also very friendly to tea lovers who have difficulty in choosing, saving the trouble of tangling about what tea to buy.

When it comes to rock tea, the three keywords that cannot be avoided are rock rhyme, mountain field, and roasting. The former is too mysterious, and it is not an exaggeration to say that it can be studied for a lifetime; the mountain field is like birth. Although the innate conditions cannot be changed, it can be supplemented by acquired processes, and roasting is the most critical part of it. The roasting of this collection of rock tea collections is medium-light fire. If light-fire rock tea is mainly fragrant and fragrant, then medium-fire rock tea is dominated by sweet, mature floral and fruity fragrance. Medium-light fire combines the advantages of two types of roasting. The mellowness of medium-fire rock tea just neutralizes the thinness of light fire. The wonderfulness of roasting technology lies in this, and such a delicate sense of balance is also the wonderful taste that most tea drinkers like.

The beauty of the collection tea is that in addition to being able to taste different tea flavors in one box, you can taste each tea slowly and carefully, enjoy the freshness and surprise of each mouthful; you can also taste them in comparison and experience different fun.

Brewing method:

Teaware: teapot/gaiwan (120ml)

This small can is a customized aluminum can of Tongxinshe Teahouse. There are many benefits to putting tea in it, such as:
Good moisture resistance• Aluminum cans have good sealing properties and can effectively prevent moisture in the air from entering the can. Once tea leaves are exposed to moisture, they are prone to mold, affecting the quality and taste. Aluminum cans can provide a relatively dry storage environment for tea leaves and keep the tea leaves dry.

Strong light-proof• Tea leaves are prone to oxidation under light, causing the color, aroma and taste of tea leaves to deteriorate. Aluminum cans can effectively block light exposure and prevent tea leaves from deteriorating due to light.

Environmentally friendly and beautiful• Aluminum cans can be recycled and reused, which is in line with the concept of environmental protection. At the same time, aluminum cans usually have a simple and elegant appearance design, which can enhance the packaging grade of tea leaves and are also suitable as gifts.

Easy to carry• Aluminum cans are light, durable and not easy to damage. When traveling or on a business trip, it is convenient to carry tea leaves and enjoy them at any time.
