Today, Tongxinshe Teahouse Share a special rock tea "Hui Yuan Keng Su Xin Lan". This tea was made in 2021. It is a rock tea ordered by one of my Shanghai tea friends. It is only 5kg. Due to the epidemic, the tea friend cannot pay for this tea. This tea is sold in limited quantities in my teahouse. The first time I heard the name of this tea, I was fascinated by the traditional name of "Su Xinlan" Wuyi Rock Tea, which is different from Shui Xian and Rou Gui. Huiyuan Rock is one of the ninety-nine rocks in Wuyi Mountain. This rock is west of Yingzui Rock. The Changkeng starting from Huiyuan Rock is on the parallel line to the north of Niulankeng. The site is the largest in the "Jian", and the whole pit is surrounded by pine and bamboo, which is especially suitable for the growth of the famous Wuyi rock tea. The bottom of Huiyuan Pit, combined with the rich sand and gravel content of the soil, the overall soil is loose and breathable, with extremely high nutrient content. The tea has a long growth period, and the inner quality is rich in brewing. Environment, microclimate, all kinds of famous clusters grow in it. According to legend, there are 800 clusters from Huiyuan Pit. Among them, the tea names are endless, and the flowers are fascinated, such as Tie Luohan, Su Xinlan, drunk imperial concubine, golden wicker, laurel, Orchid Monkey, Jade in Stone, Qilan Incense, Moon Incense, Babu Incense, Stone Frankincense, etc., to name a few. The variety of its famous clusters is prosperous, and the rock rhythm is varied. It is evident that it is highly praised by many senior gluttons, and Huiyuan Pit lives up to its reputation.
