The topography of Wuyi Mountain’s thousands of valleys and ravines generates various unique microclimates, which has created many small tea production areas with different ecological environments, thus giving birth to a large family of Wuyi rock tea with various varieties and different personalities. Today, Tongxinshe Teahouse Share a special rock tea "Hui Yuan Keng Su Xin Lan". This tea was made in 2021. It is a rock tea ordered by one of my Shanghai tea friends. It is only 5kg. Due to the epidemic, the tea friend cannot pay for this tea. This tea is sold in limited quantities in my teahouse. The first time I heard the name of this tea, I was fascinated by the traditional name of "Su Xinlan" Wuyi Rock Tea, which is different from Shui Xian and Rou Gui. The leading Huadan is hot and elegant, and the tea is as its name suggests, originating from the Hui Yuan Keng Zheng Yan mountain field, fragrant like orchid, mellow in taste, distant and intoxicating, the fragrance of orchid is quiet but not lost, and there is a hint of gentleness in it Perseverance, after 8 or 9 red, I still carry the fragrance of yucca. The fusion of fragrance and water brings not only a gluttonous feast for the taste buds, but also seems to bring the towering ancient trees of the mountains and forests, deep tranquility, and blowing comfort and coolness into your Mind, calm down and savor it carefully to not live up to this good tea.
PS: lnstagram text limit I will write the detailed introduction of Huiyuan pit into the comment area, welcome to read it.
Huiyuan Rock is one of the ninety-nine rocks in Wuyi Mountain. This rock is west of Yingzui Rock. The Changkeng starting from Huiyuan Rock is on the parallel line to the north of Niulankeng. The site is the largest in the "Jian", and the whole pit is surrounded by pine and bamboo, which is especially suitable for the growth of the famous Wuyi rock tea. The bottom of Huiyuan Pit, combined with the rich sand and gravel content of the soil, the overall soil is loose and breathable, with extremely high nutrient content. Huiyuan Pit has maintained a lot of water vapor, and the water content in the air is more abundant. Under the unique conditions of all parties, Huiyuan Pit has been formed with fog all year round, warm and humid, sunny and yin forest, short sunshine, and early spring and summer. A suitable environment for short, long autumn, warm winter and cool summer. In addition, the land is fertile, water resources are abundant, and the growth of famous bushes can be well restored in autumn and winter. The tea has a long growth period, and the inner quality is rich in brewing. Environment, microclimate, all kinds of famous clusters grow in it. According to legend, there are 800 clusters from Huiyuan Pit. Among them, the tea names are endless, and the flowers are fascinated, such as Tie Luohan, Su Xinlan, drunk imperial concubine, golden wicker, laurel, Orchid Monkey, Jade in Stone, Qilan Incense, Moon Incense, Babu Incense, Stone Frankincense, etc., to name a few. The variety of its famous clusters is prosperous, and the rock rhythm is varied. It is evident that it is highly praised by many senior gluttons, and Huiyuan Pit lives up to its reputation. The prosperity of its rock tea category is, in a sense, the prosperity of the tea industry, the prosperity of tea culture, and the prosperity of tea lovers like me.
