We proudly present our new 2025 centennial Lao Cong Shui Xian, harvested from the exclusive Luxiu sub-terroir in Huiyuan Pit — the most prestigious core rock zone of Wuyi Mountain.
We named this tea “Graceful Pine & Noble Crane”, representing its unique character. Just like ancient pine trees standing firmly on the mountain and cranes flying elegantly through clouds, this eighty-year-old old bush tea carries decades of resilience, calmness, and pure mountain spirit. It is strong yet gentle, aged yet refreshing — a rare temperament only century-old tea trees can possess.
Luxiu is hidden deep in the Wuyi scenic mountains. Surrounded by steep rocky cliffs, thick forests, and year-round mist, this isolated ecological environment creates perfect growing conditions for old bush tea. The soil is rich in weathered rock minerals and deep humus layers, providing endless natural nutrients that make the tea rich, layered, and uniquely aromatic.
The tea trees here are over 80 years old. With thick trunks covered in natural moss and wild vines, their roots grow deep into rock cracks, absorbing rich mineral elements from the mountain for decades. This long-term nourishment builds a solid, rich, and unforgettable old bush flavor that young tea trees cannot replicate.
The dry tea strips are thick, tight, and glossy dark brown, showing premium maturity and quality. Once brewed, the tea liquor appears bright golden-orange with extremely rich and progressive aroma layers.
At first sip, you taste fresh wild moss fragrance combined with stable natural woody scent, with a subtle elegant orchid background. As brewing continues, pure orchid floral notes blend perfectly with classic aged bush flavour, accompanied by a gentle creamy sweetness that makes the tea incredibly smooth and comforting. After drinking, the cup retains long-lasting fragrance of fresh reed leaves and warm brown rice aroma. When you smell the cooled cup, you will feel a clean, cool mint-like freshness unique to high mountain old bushes.
The texture of the tea soup is silky, thick, and smooth like warm rice milk. It enters the mouth soft and sweet, with powerful authentic rock rhythm and extremely deep throat rhyme. The classic aged bush taste lingers from start to finish. Sweet returning flavour and continuous saliva sensation appear quickly and last very long. This tea is highly resistant to brewing, maintaining full flavour and complexity for more than 12 infusions.
This exquisite mini gift box contains only two premium servings, making it extremely rare and collectible. Perfect for personal quiet tasting, meditation moments, or gifting to true tea lovers.
Experience the calm, noble, and pure mountain charm of century-old Wuyi rock tea — only from Huiyuan Pit Luxiu.
