Hu Xiaoyan is one of the famous scenic spots on the southern line of Wuyi Mountain. It is located in the south of Erquxi, between Yunu Peak and Yixiantian. The saying of "Tiger Roar" comes from a huge hole on the rock. It is said that when the wind passes through the hole, there will be a roar like a tiger's roar, so it is called Tiger Roar Rock. Here, there are towering rocks, winding water, and beautiful scenery. Because the mountain is sunny and the sunshine time is long, the rock tea produced naturally has a high fragrance.
The mountain farm of this Tiger Roaring on the Rock is located in the core area of Tiger Roaring Rock. The tea trees grow along the rocks on the mountain and are scattered. The roots are deeply rooted in the rocks, so the internal quality is rich and full, and the rock charm is more obvious. With a good foundation, we dare not take it lightly in the critical roasting stage. This tea is roasted by Gao Peng's mother herself according to the characteristics of the cinnamon variety. The first two fires are slow-cooked and roasted thoroughly to ensure the mellow and delicate taste. The third fire increases the temperature to highlight the domineering and flamboyant aroma of cinnamon. At the same time, it is not easy to turn green and damp, which is more conducive to storage and transformation.

Water for brewing: purified water, mountain spring water
Water temperature: 100℃
Number of brewing times: The first two times are high and fast to stimulate the tea fragrance; the third and fourth times are slow and thin; after the fifth time, it can be properly steeped; boiling water is required throughout the process.
