Sanyang Peak is the highest peak of Wuyi Mountain's Ninety-nine Rocks, with an altitude of 717.7 meters. The highest one is Da Yang, the second is Zhong Yang, and the third is Xiao Yang, hence the name. The three red-walled peaks with green peaks rise one after another, looking eastward with majestic momentum. Looking up at the three peaks, they look like three huge rocks leaning into the blue sky, shaped like flags fluttering and horses flying in the sky. It is very majestic and spectacular. This is not only the peak of Wuyi Mountain, but also a representative of the high quality of Narcissus. The mountain is surrounded by ancient trees, dense leaves, surrounded by clouds and mist, cool and comfortable. The superior climate provides excellent conditions for the growth of tea trees.
The dried tea leaves are tightly knotted, black and brown, and when boiling water comes out, the tea soup becomes orange and bright, with a high, full, rich and long-lasting aroma, especially the cinnamon aroma. Brewing: The first two steps are high-pressure and quick to stimulate the aroma of the tea; the third and fourth steps are slow pouring of water, and the first four steps are quick to brew the soup; after the fifth step, the tea can be brewed appropriately; the whole process needs to be brewed with boiling water.
