Life is like a cup of Pu'er tea, which is endlessly memorable. Recently I have been busy customizing a Pu'er Sheng tea. The shape of the Pu'er Sheng tea is designed with a dragon ball, one by one, which is convenient for storage and collection, but also more convenient for you to store. During the process of taking out the tea, you can feel the different tastes of this tea in different years and different stages. In order to let all tea lovers experience this tea, this sample is available for free on my website www.txs-tea.com This tea comes from Pazhen, a village of Gelang and Hani Autonomous Township in Menghai County, a Hani village. Pazhen Village was once a post on the ancient tea-horse road. It is located between Nannuo Mountain and Bulang Mountain at an altitude of 1500—— 2000 meters, Pachen Ancient Tea Mountain was planted by the Brown ancestors as early as the Tang and Song Dynasties. It has a history of about 1,100 years. The existing natural growth in Pazhen Village, 3000 acres of ancient tea trees that have not been dwarfed for hundreds of years, Pachen Tea Area The geographical position is unique, between Nannuo Mountain and Bulang Mountain. This is also reflected in the taste of tea soup. It has both the fragrance of Nannuo and the charm of Bulang Mountain. The rhyme is fast, the altitude is high, and the ecological environment is superior. It is very suitable for ancient times. The growth of tea trees, there are many ancient tea trees here, and they have a history of about a thousand years. In addition, they have not been excavated by the market in recent years. There is still a good ecological environment here. This tea was harvested in Pachen in early spring and April 2021. The ancient tea tree of the year, this tea is made with mixed large and small trees as raw materials, which contains rich substances and has a balanced taste. The raw materials are relatively delicate, with one bud and two leaves as the main ingredient. This tea is made by an old tea maker of the Hani nationality, using a traditional hand-made iron pot for finishing and natural sun drying. Spread the picked tea greens evenly on a bamboo sieve,
and place them in the sun for natural drying. The traditional sun drying process and the experience of the tea master also ensure the wilderness atmosphere in the tea. The retention of tea is conducive to the later transformation of tea. The new tea has a rich nectar scent with a high-level sense, the mouth is sweet and mellow, and the bitterness is low; and after full aging, it will have a prominent nectar fragrance, the thickness of the tea soup will be enhanced, and the overall performance will be more layered , Brewed with gaiwan, take a 7g, dried tea sticks are neat, the buds and leaves are more pecorino, it can be seen that the raw materials are good in tenderness, boiling water brewing, the fragrance of flowers is rich, the fresh aroma reveals the refreshing mountain and wild flavor, and the tea soup is clear It is translucent, full-bodied, slightly bitter and astringent, but the sweetness comes quickly, and the whole mouth is filled with a strong fragrance of nectar. Calmly experience that this tea will give you a forest feeling, extremely pure and natural, and the leaf bottom is soft and active.
This is a lovely and unique Pu’er tea. It gets sweeter and sweeter with each steep; no sugar required! It’s not as strong on the mineral/rocky flavors as some other Sheng Pu’er teas can be, and has a touch of bitterness that serves to accentuate the sweet flavors.
Has a lengthy endurance, too - I was able to start drinking this in the morning, and re-steep it at least a dozen times all throughout the day and night.
Overall, a hidden gem!
