Mopanfeng Cinnamon was planted in the 1980s when it was the first batch of regional trial bases. The shade of two large and small granaries on Mopanfeng and the surrounding of Jiuqu Stream brought a cool and humid mountain environment to this cinnamon.
This is a carbon-roasted medium-fire cinnamon. The softness and tenacity brought by the age of the tree and the mountain field are its temperament expression. The first few drops of water are quiet floral fragrance accompanied by refreshing herbal flavor, pulling people's quiet thoughts back to the mountain stream where the water mist is sinking and floating. The sunlight evaporates and a thin layer of fine particles floats quietly on the tea tree.
