In "Chinese Phoenix Tea" written by Huang Baizi, it is written: White Leaf Dancong has the fragrance of honey and orchids, so it is named Honey Orchid Fragrance. It is an early-maturing variety of Dancong tea! Honey Orchid Fragrance Dancong Tea is named because the tea has the fragrance of honey and orchids. It belongs to the top ten fragrance types of Dancong tea, codenamed "Bai Fumei, Xiao Xianfeng, and Assault Boat". In the Phoenix Tea Evaluation, Honey Orchid Fragrance is an independent group named after Honey Fragrance!

Da'an Village, hidden deep in Wuqiu Mountain, is a well-known high-end Dancong core production area. It has a long history of tea production and rich tea tree resources. It has many old tea trees and ancient tea gardens. The famous Songzhong No. 2 is produced here. The altitude here is above 1,000 meters and the ecological environment is excellent. The soil is fertile and deep, the rainfall is abundant, the clouds and mist are lingering all year round, and the temperature is high day and night, which is conducive to the accumulation of aromatic substances in tea trees, thus forming a rich tea flavor.

 

The origin of this tea is in Da'an Village, and it is made from white-leaf Dancong trees. White-leaf Dancong has a wide planting area in Chaozhou, and the tea tree varieties are excellent. The aroma of the finished tea is mainly honey orchid.  The production area is superior and the fragrance is classic. This tea is from the hands of Master Huang Baoguo, using the full-fire process and three carbon-fire slow roasting, which is very representative.

 

The tea soup made by three roastings is more durable: Although Dancong is famous for its fragrance, high-end Dancong is not only outstanding in fragrance, but also in the fusion of fragrance and taste. The soup is well coordinated and the mountain charm is prominent. In terms of craftsmanship, this tea is made using the traditional Fenghuang Dancong tea-making process, giving full play to the advantages of Dancong's high fragrance. After three roastings, the honey orchid fragrance of this tea is particularly obvious.

 

The fire is just right, the tea leaves are heated but not exposed, the fire penetrates the tea, and multiple roastings also increase the sweetness of the tea soup. After half a year of aging, the aroma becomes more stable and further blends with the tea soup, increasing the durability of the tea soup.

 

Rinse with boiling water, and the fragrance is instantly overflowing. The soup color is bright orange-yellow, with a strong mountain flavor. The aroma is restrained and not ostentatious, and the fragrance is in the water. The bottom of the leaves is thick and even, and full of elasticity. Take a sip, and you will feel the honey orchid fragrance in your mouth. The fragrance is between your mouth and nose, and the honey is between your lips and tongue, which is long and profound.
