Biluochun is also called "Dongting Biluochun" because it is produced in the Dongdongting Mountain and Xidongting Mountain of Taihu Lake in Wuxian County, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

According to relevant Chinese national standards, only tea produced in the two administrative regions of Dongshan Town (Dongting Dongshan) and Jinting Town (Dongting Xishan) in Wuzhong District, Suzhou City can be called "Dongting Biluochun".

The tea garden of this tea produced by Tongxinshe Teahouse is located in the core production area of "Dongting Biluochun" - Dongdongting Mountain, and the Biluochun before Ming Dynasty is especially good in Dongshan.

It is located at 31 degrees north latitude. The sunshine time changes regularly throughout the year, with a good day-night ratio, humid temperature, long frost-free period, sufficient rain, and distinct four seasons, creating a very suitable environment for the full growth of tea trees.

Last year, Tongxinshe Teahouse personally went to Dongting Mountain in Suzhou to select the special Biluochun before Ming Dynasty for everyone, and this year it is new again for everyone.

The traditional tea making process is adopted, and it is made through multiple steps such as fresh leaf picking, careful selection, high temperature killing, hot kneading, rolling to show hair, and slow fire drying. The frying process of Biluochun requires continuous operation in a hot pot at a temperature of nearly 200 degrees, with hands and tea not leaving the pot, kneading and frying, frying and kneading, so the finished tea of Biluochun has the quality characteristics of "full of hair, copper wire strips, bee legs, silver hidden green".

The dry tea strips are slender, the buds and leaves are tender, the tea hairs are dense, and they are curled like snails. When the tea is put into water, you can smell the fragrance of Biluochun. The tea soup is tender green and bright. The taste of the tea soup is fresh and sweet, and the floral and fruity aromas are even more pleasant.

Special grade: made from pure single buds in the fresh leaf selection, about 80,000 buds per kilogram of tea, picked around March 23.

The taste is better and fresher, with rich floral and fruity fragrance, and almost no bitterness; it belongs to the special grade Biluochun.

Brewing and storage methods

Brewing suggestions: Since Biluochun buds and leaves are delicate and hairy, it is recommended to use the "upward pouring method" when brewing, which can not only smell its fragrance, but also watch the tea leaves fall and stretch in a soft and beautiful shape. Use a glass cup to brew, 3-4 grams of dry tea, and the water temperature can be 85-95℃.

Storage method: It is recommended to drink it within a short period of time after unpacking. The original packaging is placed in the refrigerator to keep the freshness of the tea within one year.
