Spring is the season of beauty and hope. Everything is revived and full of vitality. The spring tea born in this season, whether it is freshness, color, growth and production, all cater to people's beautiful feelings for spring. In spring Drinking a cup of spring tea is a happy and ceremonial thing. Today I will share with you tea friends the green tea (Zhu Ye Qing) of my tea house in 2023 Sichuan, China is one of the birthplaces of tea culture in the world, and Mount Emei is China’s early tea-growing region is located at 30 degrees north latitude and is surrounded by clouds and mists all year round. It is recognized as the "golden tea picking belt" in the world. The bamboo leaf green shared today is different from other green teas because it grows in Mount Emei in the Qinling Mountains. The high mountains block the cold wind going down south, so that tea trees will not stop growing even in winter. As long as the temperature rises in spring, they can sprout immediately. Therefore, Zhu Ye Qing has naturally become the first batch of spring teas on the market in China. On the high mountain tea trees between 600-1500 meters above sea level in Shu area, a long winter has bred a lot of full tea buds, which become the guarantee of the quality of spring tea in the season. This Zhu Ye Qing is from 600 meters to 1500 meters high mountain in Emei. The tea garden is hand-picked, and the most suitable time for picking is only about 5 days a year. For every 500 grams of green bamboo leaves, a skilled picker needs more than 40,000 work. Leaf, yellowish color Zhu Ye Qing Brewing method: 200~250ml high-quality uncovered glass cup is the best tea set, followed by white porcelain cups and bowls. The water for making tea is low-hardness mineral water with mellow and sweet taste. Good; distilled water and purified water are the next best, tap water brewing tea is better. The water temperature for brewing tea is preferably water that has been boiled at around 85°C. If the water temperature is too high, the tea fragrance will be less pure. For Ye Qing, first put 3 to 4 grams of tea leaves in a teacup that has been scalded with boiling water, and pour a small amount of water that has been boiled at about 85°C; wait a while, and then pour water until it is about 3 cm from the edge of the cup. After 3 to 5 minutes, the tea is ready.
