It can be said that many old tea drinkers have never heard of the name "Return of Spring". Even if a few people have heard the name of "Return of Spring", it is usually limited to knowing its name, but not knowing its taste. "Return of Spring", with its strong fragrance, mellow and sweet taste is recommended to everyone to try. "Return of Spring", also known as variety number 308, is a rare variety of highly aromatic Rock Tea that has been successfully cultivated in the recent years. Currently, only a few tea farmers grow it in Wuyi Mountains. The tea that we present today is a true rock tea cultivated by Gao Peng's mother at Lianhua Peak in Zheng Yan production area. The name of "Return of Spring" is like a call. I hope that people who have traveled far will come back as soon as possible to appreciate the flavour of spring. The tea has been charcoal roasted twice by Gao Peng. Dry tea leaves are dark brown in color, slightly curly, with a nutty and milky fragrance. Put it in a gaiwan, smell a few more times, and find a bit of floral, spring fragrance. The floral fragrance is fully revealed, strong and lasting, when the tea is brewed. The taste is mellow and refreshing, and the soup is also fragrant like a sweet-scented osmanthus. Mellow and sweet in taste, fragrant in soup, it has a unique kind of fragrance. The infused leaves have a lingering fragrance. This tea can withstand multiple infusions.

Rock tea should be brewed in a gaiwan, and 100℃ boiling water should be used to brew it, otherwise the aroma of the soup will be very subdued.
Generally more than a dozen infusions can be made from a single serving, and with each infusion you can experience a slightly different flavor.
The first infusion is very quick, as you pour the water out in 3-5 seconds, the second infusion is 8-10 seconds, and the third infusion is 10-15 seconds; after the fourth infusion, 10-20 seconds is added, and the process can be repeated for more than 8 times.
Note: The amount of tea to be used depends on personal preference. It is recommended to use the stabdard 8.5g per one serving.
The fragrance of rock tea is about a rich and pure floral fragrance or even a fruity fragrance. This fragrance is very special and only top quality rock tea has it. The fragrance of rock tea is not only to be smelled, but can also be felt in the tea soup when it's drunk. The fragrance of good rock tea is mainly in the soup as if locked in it.
