Every spring, green tea is a feast that tea lovers will not miss. Feel the spring in a cup of tea. In the past spring, it was indispensable to have a spring outing in the suburbs or roaming the tea garden to feel the vitality of spring. This spring is due to the epidemic. Many people have cut down on going out and stayed at home. Unconsciously, the green tea season is coming. In mid-March, I collected the opinions and suggestions of all tea friends and made the first green tea collection of Tongxinshe Teahouse, a total of 5 Chinese teas. Green tea is:
1:Xi Hu Long Jing/5g
2:Bi Luo Chun/5g
3: Huang Shan Mao Feng/5g
4:Zhu Ye Qing /5g
5: Gui Ding Yun Wu/5g
PS: Since Tai Ping Hou Kui and several green teas are only listed in May, I will add them to the green tea collection in the later stage, and I will also add more lottery activities in the later stage. I hope all tea lovers will actively participate. , What is the amount of tea used in glasses and gaiwan?
Glass cup: If you usually drink tea at home by yourself, it is recommended to pour 1-2g of tea, and friends with slightly heavier tastes can use 3g of tea.
Gaiwan: 3~4 grams of dry tea, corresponding to a 150ml Gaiwan.
For brewing green tea, it is not advisable to use boiling water at 100°C, generally around 80°C. In particular, the famous green tea with delicate tea leaves can be brewed with water at about 75°C. The more tender and greener the tea leaves are, the lower the temperature of the brewing water, so that the tea soup brewed in this way must be green and bright, the taste is fresh, and the vitamin C of the tea leaves is less damaged. And the water temperature is too high, the tea soup is easy to turn yellow, the taste is bitter, and the vitamin C is destroyed in large quantities.
