Legend has it that there is a mysterious institution in Fujian Province, the Tea Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. They study new varieties for fun. It is said that one day: Tie Guanyin and Huang Dan met, and they both looked good on each other. The conditions of each other are also good.  , so I decided to crossbreed and try to see if their two outstanding genes would be stronger offspring, so a new clone of tea tree variety - Huang Guanyin (105) was selected from the hybrid offspring.

Huang Guanyin is a nationally approved oolong tea variety. It was bred by the Tea Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences with Tie Guanyin as the female parent and Huang Yu as the male parent from 1977 to 1997.  These two varieties are famous for their floral fragrance, so the rock tea made from Huang Guanyin has a fragrant aroma, with the aroma characteristic of "Tongtianxiang", and the taste is mellow and sweet, which is unique among Wuyi rock tea varieties.  , which has been very popular in the market recently. Today, this Huang Guanyin is not only good in quality, craftsmanship, but also delicious. Gao Peng is very satisfied with the production of this tea. Although Huang Guanyin has strong adaptability and excellent variety,  But it is also very picky.  Today's Huang Guanyin is produced in Shizifeng, a famous rock-producing area in Wuyi Mountain. It is located at the southern foot of Tianyou Peak in Wuyi Mountain and belongs to Zhengyan Mountain Field. The climate here is mild, the rainfall is abundant, the soil is loose, and the permeability is good.  The tea is rich in substances and has a mellow taste, which can fully reflect the quality of Zhengyan tea. Huang Guanyin is simmered on a slow fire. Although only two fires are roasted, it can drink the charm of full fire, which is very similar to its roasting.  , The craftsmanship is in place, it is also obvious in the performance of the soup sense, and the tea soup is very rich in layers.  Gas, nectar fragrance, quick soup, orange-red and translucent soup color, fragrant aroma, prominent gardenia fragrance, mellow taste of tea soup, tension, good fullness of soup water, and fragrant articulation.  The cup cover has an obvious nectar fragrance and a strong sense of layering.
