The common Puer tea is 357g cake tea and 250g brick tea. It needs to be pried to make tea, which is not convenient to carry. Today, Tongxinshe Teahouse brings a "1990 Mini Puer Shu Tea Tuo" stored in our own teahouse. This is an old Shu tea with thick, glutinous, warm taste and rich tea aroma.

 

In the mid-1990s, the fermentation technology of puer Shu tea became more and more mature, and many Shu tea products were exported overseas. This mini shu tea was also mainly sold abroad as an export tea at that time. Exported tea often uses cutting technology to make the tea leaves more broken and help the precipitation of its internal quality.

 

This tea is made by shredding and then pressing. Each tea tuo weighs about 5g. This independent packaging is also in line with the current tea drinking habits. It eliminates the steps of prying and weighing tea. It is very convenient to brew one tea at a time. Since the broken tea soup comes out quickly, in addition to brewing with a purple clay pot, we also recommend the "hand-brewed filter method". Put a tea tuo on the tea strainer and slowly and finely brew it with boiling water. This mini Shu tea tuo is made of different grades of cooked tea materials, which is more comprehensive and has richer layers.

Brewing method

Teaware: Zisha teapot (150ml)

Tea amount: 5g/piece

Brew water: purified water, mountain spring water

Water temperature: 100℃ boiling water

Brewing times: Wash the tea in the first step, and the soup will be released immediately in the second step. After the tea soup becomes lighter, it can be properly steeped.
