brewing method:
Tea utensil: tureen or purple clay pot (the tea brewed in the pot will have a more mellow taste) (130ml)
Amount of tea added: 5g
Brewing water: purified water, mountain spring water
Water temperature: 90-100℃
Brewing: No need to wash the tea, just pour water at fixed points, finely, softly and slowly. The first step is to soak for 15 seconds and the soup will come out.

Great Tea

This tea is unlike the common hong cha. It's super sweet and fragrant. Very little, if any, malt. Just overall really good! Great in a gaiwan or clay. Pictured is a 70mL gaiwan from TXS as well.
