DESCRIPTION: Originating from Tongmuguan Tea District, Wuyi Mountain, China, this special black tea hails from the mountains, 1200-1800 meters above sea level! Tongmuguan is located in the northernmost end of Fujian Province, and is the core area of the Wuyi Mountain National Nature Reserve. This particular area has a long history of having suitable temperature, abundant annual rainfalls, and mineral rich soil. The wild tea trees in the reserve happily grow old and is free of the human encroachment, thus allowing for a fine ecological environment. Due to the fertile lands, flowers grow abundantly in the area which adds to the unique floral fragrance of Tongmuguan tea.
