Many people say that "drinking rock tea for three years is not enough to understand it" and it is not an exaggeration. When you drink rock tea and all it reminds you of is charcoal fire, even burnt flavor, accompanied by bitter taste, yet you hear others tell you that it's the "rock bone and flower fragrance" don't doubt your taste buds. That's why  today I recommend all my tea friends the 2020 Rui Xiang. The Wuyi famous variety "Rui Xiang" was selected by the Fujian Provincial Tea Research Institute from naturally crossed progeny of the Huang Dan cultivar in 2003 after long research. It's also known by its code number - 305. Rui Xiang's flavor is rich, full-bodied and fresh, with sweet fruit and flower aromas. Today, I'd like to share with you Rui Xiang from Mituoyan in the core scenic area of Wuyi Mountains, also called "Zhengyan" among tea lovers. The dry leaves are tightly and evenly rolled, green-brown and oily. When brewed with boiling water the aroma is strong, with the tea soup stirring in the bowl, the charming honey peach fragrance comes to your nose. The tea fragrance fills the whole room, as if you are in paradise. The tea soup is golden yellow and transparent. The mouthfeel is sweet and fresh. This tea causes salivation and leaves a sense of coolness at the bottom of your throat. The rock charm is full, the fragrance is high and elegant, and the soup is sweet but not greasy. This Zhengyan Ruixiang is fresh tea that has just hit the market. It underwent one round of traditional light and slow charcoal roasting. The brewed leaves are flexible and fresh, 30% red and 70% green, which emphasizes the freshness of tea.  The tea soup is full and mellow, complex, with many layets, the taste is rich, like a mountain stream spring, the peach fragrance is dense at the bottom of the tongue, eaxh infusion can bring surprise.
