People who love to drink Wuyi Mountain rock tea often say that they cannot live without "meat". Meat is the abbreviation of "Rou Gui" used by people in the tea circle. Because although Rou Gui means cinnamon, the character "rou" by itself means meat. By extension, as the "king of Rou Gui", Niu Lan Keng Rou Gui is affectionately called "beef" by many tea lovers.
