Lao Cong Peach Scent Dan Cong 2021
Description:Phoenix Dan Cong belongs to the category of Oolong tea. It is originally produced in the Phoenix Mountains of Chaozhou, Guangdong. The tea species originated from Shui Xian in Wuyi Mountain. It was transplanted to the Chaoshan area during the Song Dynasty. Great changes have taken place. This tea species produces a fragrance from a tree. Named Dan Cong, Phoenix Dan Cong's scent is mainly divided into two categories: floral and fruity. Among them, peach scent is the precious category of fruity scents.
Today I recommend a Lao Cong peach scent Dan Chong produced by my good friend Phoenix Mountain tea maker Xie. It is made by traditional charcoal roasting process and repeated charcoal roasting for more than 20 hours. Mountain fields and raw materials are closely related. The raw materials of this tea come from the core area of Wuyu in Phoenix Mountain. The main peak of Phoenix Mountain is 1,497 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Eastern Guangdong. The air is humid, and the good mountain field gives tea a unique phoenix mountain rhyme, which gives birth to the rich and distinctive Dan Cong tea. Teacher Xie said: These two full-scented Lao Cong peach-scented Dan Cong tea trees are only available every season. It produces 5kg of tea, once in spring and autumn. It is very precious. A good tea should be aged enough and made in a proper way. The two tea trees of Lao Cong peach fragrance are both about 80 years old, and they have rich connotations. Craftsmanship is a key link in determining the quality and aroma of tea. In this process of meticulous work, the aroma of tea changes from floral and honey aroma at the beginning to a rare peach aroma. The dried tea sticks are tightly rolled, and the shape is tight and beautiful. After the water boiled, I lifted the pot and rushed down, and the tea fragrance burst out, a deep and restrained charcoal incense carrying sweet and moisturizing air, intertwined and lingering, instantly fragrant, the tea soup was filled with peach-colored orange powder, bright, clear and light. Sipping the tea soup, the mouth is smooth, the tea soup tastes mellow and refreshing, with a clear peach fragrance, under the fine taste, the soup is warm and tender, and the taste is sweet and soft.
