DESCRIPTION: This is an award winning Shou pu'er blend produced by Master Du Qiong Zhi in Bulang, Yunnan. Master Du created this blend using only gushu (ancient tree) tea leaves that had gone through the traditional processing. With her expertise in the fermenting process, Master Du skillfully controls the manufacturing process to bring out the best of the tea. This cake was properly stored in a controlled, cool, well-ventilated, dry, odorless, and pollution-free environment.
CHARACTERISTICS: After being aged for 11 years, this tea has developed a delicious aged flavor profile that is reminiscent of sweet, glutinous rice taste and fragrance.
