Teapot: 120ml is the best, no more than 160ml
Tea Amount: 8.3g for the whole brewing.
Water Temperature: boiling water for the whole process. Remember that rock tea needs high temperature water.
Requirements: Tap water is NOT recommended, mineral water is preferred.
Steeping Time: 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 8 seconds and 10 seconds for the first 5 steeps
